We sell our toothbrushes via our official website, SoftestToothbrush.co.uk Each toothbrush is sent in a handy travel tube. Tamperproof sealed with a genuine holagram mark on each tube for your piece of mind.

We currently deliver within the UK via our headquarters based in Greater London. This means we can deliver to you quickly and you can rest assured of no custom charges or import duties, unlike companies that are based outside of the United Kingdom.

Yes! Tracked, insured delivery via Royal Mail is included free for every UK order!

We accept payment via PayPal, Apple Pay, and all major credit and debit cards via our payment partners, Stripe and Paypal using a guaranteed SSL secure check-out.

Unfortunately we cannot cancel or change your order after 24 hours. If you need to change/cancel your order, please contact us via email at hello@softesttoothbrush.co.uk ASAP to see if we can help.  If your order has already been shipped, we are no longer able to make any changes.

Once you have placed your order and your payment has been processed, you will receive your order email confirmation. You will then receive your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please check your Spam/Junk folders before contacting us.

When you first receive your SoftestToothbrush™ we suggest rinsing it with clean, cold water and allowing it to dry. You can soak it in mouthwash for a few minutes if you prefer, but be careful of leaving it too long as this could damage the soft, fine bristles.

With normal use SoftestToothbrush™ will last a good 3 months. We would then recommend a new replacement. As with a traditional toothbrush, to prevent any build up of bacteria and frayed bristles SoftestToothbrush™ should be replaced regularly.
